  • Tanya Goodrich, PT, DPT, is the visionary force behind Healthy Pelvis Physical Therapy, a distinguished specialty clinic in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area focusing on women’s health and pelvic floor issues. Dr. Tanya holds a BFA from the California Institute of the Arts in Dance, along with a Masters and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of California San Francisco.

    With over a decade of clinical expertise, Dr. Tanya specializes in pregnancy/postpartum care, menopause, pelvic and lower back pain, as well as bladder/bowel issues like incontinence and prolapse, along with sexual dysfunctions such as pain during intercourse and vaginismus. Tanya is unwaveringly devoted to promoting awareness about pelvic health issues and delivering exceptional quality care to her patients.

    Beyond the realm of pelvic health, Tanya embraces another passion – working as a backstage physical therapist for dancers and performers in Broadway productions across San Francisco and San Jose. Her role behind the scenes in acclaimed shows including Book of Mormon, Porgy and Bess, Newsies, and Wicked.

    Excitingly, Dr. Tanya has taken on the new role of Clinical Physical Therapy Advisor to EVERNOW Inc, an innovative menopause tech company dedicated to redefining menopause care. Tanya's expertise and dedication are driving advancements in women's health and well-being, making her a valuable contributor to the field.

    Dr. Tanya also contributes to the wonderful non-profit organization, Blossom Birth and Family, by leading monthly workshops for pregnant and postpartum women. Blossom serves as a vital community resource, connecting new and expectant families with services, resources, and support for a healthy and informed parenting journey.

    Tanya currently resides in the Bay Area with her husband and two children, Milo and Penelope.
